This is a core module in all our coaching programmes. Goal setting is a key requirement for success. In order to accomplish our goals, we must create them: clarity about our destination allows us to accelerate - in the right direction!

 

The necessity of goal setting to achieving success is well-established. A famous study of Yale University graduates in 1953 discovered that only 3% of the class had written goals. It is no coincidence that 20 years later, this same 3% were financially richer than the other 97% put together.

 

The truth is the vast majority of people still don’t set goals, then wonder why they haven’t achieved them! When we have something to aim for, a goal, we become more focussed and are motivated to achieve it. Yet motivation comes in a variety of guises: are you aware of what really motivates you?

Goals and Motivation Coaching enables you to uncover your driving forces and harness them. You will articulate all you want to be, do and have in your life, and set powerful and meaningful goals to achieve them. Your goals will be congruent, positive and captured in your imagination.
