Simply put, coaching is an interactive, conversational process between a coach and client. It is designed to help the client move forward in all areas of their life. It is future-focused and goal oriented.
Coaching is a one-to-one relationship between the client and coach. Regular sessions are held either face-to-face or over the telephone with goal-orientated action taken by the client between each session.
The coach guides and facilitates the client's progress towards agreed goals. These may concern health, relationships, career, self-confidence, financial matters, business or a more general uneasy feeling that life has "drifted off course".

How long would I see a coach for?
A coaching relationship usually lasts between six to twelve months. This depends on the frequency of sessions (see How often will my coaching sessions be?) and the nature and scope of your goals. You will start to realize the benefits of coaching right from the first session. The coaching relationship can of course last as long as you want it to, and you may return to coaching in future to work towards different goals.

Do you guarantee your coaching services?
Our work is guaranteed risk-free for 30 days. We want you to succeed. If you do not believe we have met the mutually established objectives for your coaching project and as a result feel you are not moving in the right direction then we will refund your coaching fees in total. We believe in our ability to help our clients. Our commitment to your success is paramount.
What can I expect from my coach?
Our coaching is based on three core values: it is non-critical, non-judgmental and confidential. We believe that our clients are incredibly capable, resourceful people who want support in articulating and achieving their goals. Your coach will provide you with support by facilitating your goal setting and action planning, asking the right questions to give insight into what you need to move forwards, and being 100% committed to your success.
What will my coach expect of me?
Coaching is a two-way process and requires both the client and the coach to be open and honest. For the coaching relationship to be effective, you must be fully engaged in the coaching process and be as truthful as possible. At times, coaching may be challenging, bringing you to question long-held beliefs about yourself, and this will be an important part of the process. The outcome will mean developing a clearer picture of yourself and what your true desires are, while developing the motivation to achieve them. You will remain responsible for achieving your agreed actions and creating your success. Your commitment will be to yourself.
What will the agenda for each session be?
Coaching is client-directed and focused on moving your life forwards. This means that you set the agenda in terms of the goals you want to achieve. The goals may be related to any area of your life, from personal growth to career or relationships (see our coaching services to find out more). You may have a large goal you want to work towards over the course of a number of sessions, or several smaller goals on which you spend one or two sessions. Often, relationships between the various areas of your life become clearer through the coaching process.
What happens during a typical coaching session?
Coaching is a conversational process. We will have an engaging conversation about issues that are holding you back and are important for you to resolve, or discuss how you can make even more progress at a faster rate. The magic is in the dialogue between us. Through articulating your thoughts, and answering your coach's questions, you will uncover new ways of looking at issues and discover creative ways to manage them and get you to the next level.
How often will my coaching sessions be?
Commitment to the coaching process is an important step towards your success. Our experience shows that coaching on a weekly or fortnightly basis is optimum for sustaining momentum and creating the results you want.
How long will each coaching session last?
Coaching sessions usually last for between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes.
I see you have testimonials from your clients. Will you publish what I say?
We will only use your testimonials with your permission. Many of our clients are so pleased with their results that they are happy to share their results, feelings and experiences.
