Robert Waghmare
and Joanne Ross are two of the first fully-qualified META-Medicine Health
Coaches and Trainers in the UK (certifying body is IMMA, the International
META-Medicine Association), qualifying in October 2006 after the very
first UK Diploma Training.
The most recent chapter in our story started in 2005, when we founded a
coaching-based organisation,
Get Coached.co.uk,
to inspire, challenge and empower people to gain greater awareness, take
action and create better lives, careers and businesses. Coaching was
just the beginning – it opened many doors in the field of personal
growth and development.
Our approach is
integrative. We seek to bring together the most advanced approaches
available for assisting people to get better results, achieve wellness and
reach their potential. We combine META-Medicine with effective tools,
techniques and understanding from Life & Wellness Coaching, EFT (Emotional
Freedom Techniques), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line
Therapy, Hypnosis, Systems Consultancy, Spiral Dynamics, the Human Design
System, and most recently, Meta-Kinetics (a ground-breaking synthesis of
Cyber-Kinetics and META-Medicine).
A core guiding
belief behind our work is that everybody has the innate wisdom to resolve
their issues and achieve their desires. We see our clients as capable,
resourceful people who want support in clarifying and achieving their
goals. We are therefore 100% committed to our clients' success.
Coach Biographies
Robert Waghmare
- Licensed META-Health Coach and Master Trainer
 Robert's story really
began in 1972, when then at 2˝ years,
he was diagnosed with a serious illness called Nephrotic Syndrome. This chronic
condition lasted until he was 18 years old. This experience gave him not only the
understanding of the experience of illness effects us at all levels, mind
body and social behaviour, but also a deep curiosity about why
we get ill. For 35 years, until he discovered META-Medicine, he
never knew why he had that illness.
The founder of
Get Coached, Robert is a META-Health Coach and Master Trainer specialising in
stress and anxiety release, and helping people overcome complex issuesand
reach their goals.
His background in business systems research and information systems consultancy provided the
perfect backdrop for him to develop his own powerful methodologies for
helping people create solutions to complex problems.
Robert is a
deeply intuitive coach and therapist, with an innate ability to help
people access deep issues and transform quickly. His approach with others
is warm and encouraging, and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge
and enthusiasm for personal transformation.

Joanne Ross - Licensed META-Health Coach and Master Trainer
 Joanne’s
part of this story began when she met Robert in 2002, and life was never
the same again! She has long been interested in personal growth, health,
wellbeing and holistic living, for example, becoming a vegetarian at the
age of 13! Her background is in teaching, and she has been involved in
education and training for over 8 years.
Joanne’s vision
is to
inspire
people to achieve wellness on every level. Her approach is calm, balanced,
insightful and purposeful. She combines clarity of thought with a deep
strength and intuitive understanding. She specialises in facilitating
people to align with their true strengths and values, overcome internal
barriers and health challenges, and build confidence. In addition to
coaching and training, she writes for several publications on health and
personal development.
Robert and Joanne are involved in a team of
national and international therapist who specialise in the mind -body
connection and share the understandings and wisdom that META-Medicine can
provide.

Tremayne’s
story began similarly to Robert's, at eight years old when he had what he thought was an asthma
attack. The doctor dismissed him and said it was all in the mind. He was right
in that an inhaler wasn’t needed, but there was a breathing problem which
was later discovered to be called psychogenic asthma.
